Globally trangender and queer rights are coming under sustained attack by gender crtical conceptions of sex through legislation, the courts, and governmental policy. Our advocacy works towards pushing back against these exclusionary policies, seeing pluralisic diversity as a strength of all democratic societies.

We advocate for trans and queer inclusive spaces based on our conceptions of self, and believe that the law ought to reflect this.

Globally legislation and judicial decisions have rolled back trans and queer rights. Our work pushes back against this, working with journalists, law makers, and organistions to advocate for trans and queer inclusive legal reforms.

Brief on the LGBTQI+ Asylum Seekers and the Immigration and Asylum Bill 2026
This briefing sets out how the Immigration and Asylum Bill 2026, currently before the House of Commons Public Bill Committee, will affect lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex and queer people seeking asylum and refugee protection in the UK. It lays out the potential issues that LGBTQI+ asylum seekers and refugees face, and proposes amendments to the Bill will could mitigate those hards.
Reponse to the EHRC Guidance
Trans rights are under threat in the UK due to the 2025 UK Supreme Court For Women Scotland decision and the May 2026 EHRC Draft Code which will cause significant harm should it come into effect. Rainbow Hospitality has produced a comprehensive report outlining why the Draft Code is unworkable including a breakdown of how it impacts current legisaltion and the harms it threatens to inflict.
